FROM JULIA
Congratulations to Arielle Petruzzella and her cast of dancers who were featured in the ACDFA Northeast Gala Performance at Hofstra University on March 28! Kudos to Robert Burke and Casey O’Neill and their dancers as well – much gratitude to everyone for representing Dance, Mason Gross, and Rutgers so well!
Please don’t forget to make plans to attend the BFA Senior Concerts during April 18-21, followed by DancePlus Spring 2013 on April 26-28 and May 3-5.
On April 22, we will be hosting Dr. Brent Anderson, President and CEO of Polestar Pilates. Dr. Anderson will be introducing his curricula and philosophies around Pilates teacher training. Dr. Anderson’s presentation will occur during technique class from 11-11:50am. Students interested in Pilates teacher training should see Kim Gibilisco.
As we head into the final weeks of the semester, please also take very good care of yourselves – there is lots of dancing, thinking, creating, collaborating and sharing to accomplish in these last few weeks. Eat well, rest when you can, use the Soma Center to strengthen and recuperate. Lastly, get your nature on and enjoy the outdoors as the weather turns lovely. I look forward to seeing all of your great works very soon!
