Congratulations to all the BFA seniors for their amazing dancing and sophisticated choreography, presented this weekend in the BFA Senior Concert.

PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND INTENSIVES

Summer Intensive with Ballet Central New Jersey

Featuring quest teachers from American Ballet Theatre, BalletX, PA Ballet, and Sarah Hay from SemperOper Ballet ( also she is he start of “Felsh and Bone” on Starz. This is a great opportunity for dancers who do not have summer plans! Its only $500 for 4 weeks!

Paid Summer Internship at Creative Capital

May 16-August 5, 2016 (12 weeks)

Compensation is $15 per hour

Creative Capital is seeking applicants for a number of paid internships. The interns will have a range of responsibilities, receiving an immersive work experience and gaining exposure to professional activities under the mentorship of Creative Capital staff.
Based on their training and interests, interns will work in one of Creative Capital’s administrative areas:
  • Artist Services
  • Communications
  • Finance and Administration
  • Technical Services
  • Professional Development Program
In addition to their weekly departmental duties, interns will attend weekly seminars with senior staff to learn more about the entire organization. All interns will also be invited to participate in the 2016 Artist Retreat, a week-long gathering of artists, arts industry leaders, colleagues and staff at EMPAC in Troy, New York.
