Complete the Senior Salon Survey
Take advantage of your last year to prepare for specific career trajectories! Senior Salon open to BFA & BA Seniors and conducted by Julia M. Ritter. Workshop is on October 1 from 8:30AM-11:30AM.
Share your ideas on what you would like to see discussed at the Senior Salon.
Click here to take our brief survey! The survey will close on September 16.
Complete the NDEO Survey
The NDEO Rutgers Student Officers want to know if you would be interested in teaching & taking class! The idea is to begin a program once a month on Sundays for teaching opportunities. The purpose of this program is for students to teach different genres of dance and somatic practices to gain confidence as a teacher and gain feedback from peers. This benefits other students who are then able to take a different genre of dance or restorative practice for themselves. Of course, this could not happen without YOU! Complete the survey below to let us know what works best for you!

ConcussionWise Online Training – DUE 11/30 for Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors
The following link is for the ConcussionWise online training program that has been specially designed for Mason Gross Dance BFAs: http://masongross.sportsafety.org
If you encounter any technical issues, please email Licensed Athletic Trainer, Hollie Palmisano at hollie.palmisano@rutgers.edu
Each academic year, all Dance BFA majors must complete ConcussionWise training. ConcussionWise is designed to heighten student awareness of concussion symptoms to ensure timely medical care is received should they occur–so it is vitally important to maintain this awareness.
You have been automatically registered for the online course Concussion Awareness (07:206:101). This course will appear on your official transcript. This course is E credited, which means no credit is earned towards degree completion and no grade is computed in students’ grade point average. However, showing successful completion of specialized concussion-awareness training on your transcript will benefit you in applying for dance-related employment.
As per departmental policy, failure to complete mandated departmental trainings such as ConcussionWise can result in artistic probation. A grade of “F” will also appear on your transcript for the Concussion Awareness E-credit course, if training is not completed by the deadline.
